The research group focused on the site selection of Nantong city to create a national Hai'an (furniture) intellectual property rapid protection center, listened to the planning of the construction of the rapid protection center, and understood the construction and development of Hai'an furniture industry. Huang Zhizhen said that the furniture industry in Hai'an city has a large scale and complete industrial chain. The preliminary planning and scheme for the establishment of a national fast maintenance center have been done well and are feasible and operational. The Provincial Intellectual Property Office will promote the construction of China Hai'an (furniture) fast maintenance center as a key project of "learning party history and doing practical work". Huang Zhizhen pointed out that Nantong city should continue to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights, especially the improvement of the law enforcement ability of the grass-roots front-line law enforcement personnel, and implement the "strict protection, big protection, fast protection and common protection" of intellectual property rights in the grass-roots supervision front line.
In the next stage, Nantong will accelerate the construction of China Hai'an (furniture) rapid intellectual property rights protection center, and take this as the starting point to build a one-stop service platform for intellectual property rights of furniture industry integrating patent authorization, patent protection, patent navigation and special training, so as to gradually open up the rapid authorization channel, rapid right confirmation channel and rapid right protection channel of intellectual property rights of furniture industry And fast service channel, so that the characteristic industry to high-end and internationalization, realize independent innovation ability and industrial core competitiveness "double promotion" to provide strong support.
